Customer Service must be contacted for an authorization for your return or exchange to be accepted.

All returns must be made in their original conditions and packaging within 14 days of delivery in order to receive an e-commerce credit or exchange. Refunds are not permitted.  All approved exchanges must be returned in unused, original conditions and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.   

Order processing will take approximately 10-15 business days. Packages are shipped exclusively via DHL . Shipping costs are based on the package weight and final destination. All packages are insured by DHL for the full retail value; however, once a package has been delivered, BorisDondeShop.com and DHL are no longer responsible for providing insurance for the package.

For international shipping destinations, please note that additional time will be needed to process and ship international orders and that the additional duties and taxes associated with the purchase are the recipient’s responsibility. If a package is not accepted and returned to BorisDondeShop.com, an e-commerce credit for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs will be issued.
